Did an alt playthrough of episodes 5 and 6. Here are the differences I've found!
Episode 5
If you had dinner with Blonde Blazer, she will approach Robert in the locker room right after the opening with Flambae about having a real date. She'll also ask you if you'd prefer the date to be with Blonde Blazer or Mandy.
If you recruited Waterboy, he'll leave you a box of Roberts favourite donut on his desk and a thank you card. Unfortunately they're both incredibly moist.
If you recruited Phenomaman, he'll leave a potted plant on his desk as well as a thank you card.
In the bar, if you still have Sonar he'll be cheering on and placing bets on Malevola as she arm wrestles a villain. If not he'll be replaced by a random villain who's betting against her.
If you watched a movie with Invisigal, when Robert approaches her while she's trying to order a drink at the bar she'll joke about this being their second date and flirt with him a bit.
If you have Waterboy, Robert will hand him a drink and tell him to have fun. If you have Phenomaman he'll be found trauma dumping on a poor villain who's trying to get away from him.
Sonar/Coupe will thank Robert for keeping them on the Z-Team.
Post-bar brawl, Waterboy will ask everyone to pay him back for the food. Phenomaman will say it's on him.
If you have Sonar, during the barfight he's doing cocaine in the bathroom. He'll transform into his beast mode off screen and join the fight. If you have Coupe, she'll be vomiting her guts out then continue binge drinking during all the chaos.
If you have Sonar, he'll find a cockroach and add it to his taco. If you have Coupe, she'll cut open her own palm and drip some of her blood onto her taco, much to Prism's disgust.
If you reveal your identity to the Z-Team, Flambae will try to attack Robert but will be stopped by Golem and Waterboy if you have him. He'll fly off in anger and the remaining team will reveal their real names to you.
If you don't reveal your identity, Robert will tell the Z-Team that it's all in the past and what they and him are doing now is what matters. The whole team, including Flambae will reveal their real names to you.
Invisigal is Courtney, Waterboy is Herm, Phenomaman is Katon-Ur, Sonar is Victor, Coupe is Janelle, Prism is Alice, Golem is Bruno, Malevola is Malevola Gibb, Punch Up is Colm, and Flambae is... Chad.
If you have Phenomaman, he'll reveal that on his home planet he was given the nickname Dumpy (a Tales from the Borderlands ref) due to his phat ass.
If you revealed your identity, the episode will end with Robert talking to Golem, if not he'll be talking to Flambae.
Episode 6
If you revealed your identity to the Z-Team, everyone (sans Flambae) will be present when Robert tests out his new Mechaman suit. They'll say that they're there to make sure Robert's actually Mechaman so they can know who wins the bet. Prism wins the bet and takes her winnings.
When things go wrong and the Z-Team is there, Malevola will open a portal in order for Royd to get in and try and help. If not, Royd will eventually bust open the door.
If you romance Blonde Blazer, she will immediately hug Robert when he gets to his desk.
During the housewarming party, if you have Sonar he'll shatter Malevola's beer bottle with his screech while she's pointing at something on the projection. If you have Coupe she throw a knife into the projection to point out a location.
If you have Phenomaman, he'll give Robert and BB a hug at the same time.
If you romanced Invisigal she'll dance with Robert, while Chase looks on disapprovingly in the background.
If you romanced Blonde Blazer she'll dance with Robert, while Invisigal gives them a jealous look.
Invisigal will also have an annoyed look everytime Malevola "flirts" with Robert, like her rubbing her tail on him.
Either Sonar or Coupe can be seen on the balcony using their phones during the argument between Invisigal and Chase.
Blonde Blazer will give Robert a kiss on the cheek when she leaves the party with Chase. Phenomaman will give a sad look.
If you didn't reveal your identity to the Z-Team, Chase will blurt it out to everyones disbelief. Then when Flambae shows up late to the party he'll make a wazzup joke.
If you didn't reveal your identity, Flambae immediately punch Robert out as soon as the door opens, saying he might have to do that at least once a month to be okay with working with Robert.
Details from artbook and comics
When creating Flambae, he originally had blonde hair and was given the name Blonde Blazer.
Prism went through a number of design themes, from something more scientific to supernatural, before settling on pop-diva.
Golem went through a number of design changes. Including a giant mechanical frog, a lava monster, a living statue, a tree, and a robot.
Malevola's final design was inspired by Cindy Crawford's appearance in a Pepsi commercial in the 90's.
Punch Up starting out as a usual carnival strongman but got progressively shorter as they continued designing him.
The Sardine bar in episode 5 is inspired by a real bar of the same name in Torrance, California. Though much less seedy.
Chase voted to let Eli (Shroud) into the Brave Brigade, Robert Sr is implied to have voted no.
It's heavily implied that the Brave Brigade were taking advantage of Eli.
Robert got that hole in his ear after trying to destroy the Mecha Man suit with a hammer as a kid, but its self defence system activated which fired lasers at him. He's then saved by Chase and his dad.
His dad is implied to have been abusive in some form.
With recent talk by Adhoc after the games big success and now the "season" finale, I think it's safe to say there will likely be a second season in the future. However, I imagine the Critical Role game will be take full priority before they dive back into Dispatch.
Episodes 5+6 were really fucking good. Gaaaaawd this is what missing telltale feels like yeah? I haven't felt this way in a long time. I'm not even into critical role but you can bet your ass I'll be playing whatever Adhoc puts out next. Missed you (not) telltale~
