Problems with credit card

I'm trying to buy the first season of Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People, but when I submit the order, it takes me back to the checkout with a message that says "We do not accept the card type you entered. Please use another card.". I bought both Sam & Max seasons with this same credit card, and when I enter the number it identifies the type of card and number, so I don't know what the problem could be.

    What type of card is it?

    We switched to a different payment processing system in July 2008, so the fact that it worked on past orders doesn't necessarily mean it'll work now. That being said, we do accept most of the cards our customers use and I'm not aware of any cards that were accepted under the old system that aren't accepted now.

    It's a Visa credit card (the online store correctly identifies this after I enter the number), emitted by Banco Santander here in Chile.

    Is it a Visa Electron, by any chance? That seems to be why our processor is refusing the card, since we don't accept Electron.

    No, it isn't a Visa Electron (actually Electron isn't available from my bank), and also it isn't a debit card, but a credit one. The type is a "Visa Super Puntos", which is a Visa Reward credit card issued here by Banco Santander.

    Can you write to support with the problem, and also the first three digits of your card number?
