TWD just freezes up everywhere

I just bought a copy of your game and it just keeps freezing up every time a walker attacks very annoying. I was able to shoot the sheriff but at the next attack it just freezes past the quicktime event.
I have an Xbox 360 elite I believe with whatever hard drive is built into it.
