Problems with Xbox 360 version (Moved to Support)

Hi all

I'm having problems with my disc copy of TWD series 1. I have completed episode 1 and 2, but when I go to load episode 3, it just takes me back to the end of episode 2 or just crashes completely.

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you fix it?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if this is your first playthrough, or have you already completed the game on another save slot? Also, are you using a 4GB hard drive Xbox 360?

    It's just so frustrating because I'm really enjoying the game!

    This is my first play through. And I am using a 250GB xbox 360

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you are connected to the internet when starting the game, to ensure you are receiving any of the Title Updates and patches that have released. Please also try rewinding to the last chapter of Episode 2, and play from there. (Some players have stated they must wait for the credits of one episode to complete before starting the next episode.)

    Just tried to do that.

    Finished episode 2 (abandoned car) and watched the credits. Then tried to load episode 3, but the disc crashed.

    I am connected to the internet as well; I think that I had to accept some kind of download when I very first started the game.

    Any ideas??

    Is there any error messages that pop up when it crashes? Can you please clarify if you have adequate space on your hard drive when starting the new episode?

    It comes up saying "This disc is unreadable"

    1) Clean disc with soft cloth
    2) Restart console

    (Which I have tried doing; the disc looks perfect!)

    I currently have 78.9 GB free on the console aswell
