The Walking Dead Season 2 - Episode 2 Unable to Download

All it says in my games section of my profile:

Only 10 hours left until the 5th March. Been waiting a whole day for episode 2.

I knew I should have bought the game on steam instead, I thought I'd be giving my best regards buying it on here but it is so slow.

This is the 2nd time I have been failed upon to get a game played on time really not happy.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the episode will release at different times depending on what region you are in. If it is not yet available in your region, please check back at a later time, and the episode should be available to download.

    If you have purchased the game through our website, you should be able to close the game, and restart it, and as long as you are connected to the internet when you launch the game, you should receive any of the necessary updates you need to see the second episode as available. Then once inside the game, navigate to Download Content, and under Episode 2 there will be a Download button.

    If you still do not see Download next to Episode 2, please make sure that you do not have any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may be blocking your game from communicating with our servers.

  • Aw come on, you have been saying the exact same thing since yesterday and it doesn't work for anyone with a Mac! I tried all this countless time, no firewall or antivirus, even re-installed the game several times... Something's wrong on your end!

    This is not a problem on our end, it's on yours. Every Mac user is saying the same thing. Stop repeating the same thing over and over. This is not a solution to the problem. You're just leaving us out to dry and not addressing the issue. If this were a Steam problem, it would be fixed within minutes or hours, but since we were gracious enough to purchase the game from the TTG store, we get this kind of crap as support. FIX IT PLEASE.

    I just received word that the issue occurring for Mac users unable to download the game should now be resolved. Please close and start the game while connected to the internet, and you should receive the necessary updates in order to be able to download the game. My sincerest apologies for those of you effected by this issue. I hope you enjoy the game!
