I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your support tool, it seems that your computer's graphics card does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require 512mb of dedicated memory, your card is outputting 64mb. I noticed your graphics card's drivers have not been updated in a while. I suggest updating the drivers, but I do not guarantee that this will resolve the issue. Again, apologies for any difficulties this causes you.
