TellTale whats going on guys when will Episode 2: A House Divided will be released please respond asap so us walking dead fans would know to put our minds to rest?
its been 2 months how much longer do we have to wait start posting dates on releases of the remaining episodes it does get annoying with being in the dark and no information

If you have purchased the game from our website, please try closing out of the game, and restart the game while connected to the internet, and you should receive any of the necessary updates you need to see the second episode as available. Then once inside the game, navigate to Download Content, and under Episode 2 there will be a Download button.
If you still do not see Download next to Episode 2, please make sure that you do not have any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may be blocking your game from communicating with our servers.
This solution has been proven ineffective time and time again.
Please post with timely, relevant information, and start treating your customers with the respect they deserve.
I can't help but notice that the game seems to have worked just fine for every one of the critics who received an early release, despite not paying a cent—and yet we paying customers can't get anything except boilerplate from exactly one of your employees.
Please issue a statement regarding this colossal failure.
You may well have the game of the year, but what's the point if your customers can't play it, and are expected to wait an extra month for each episode?
You owe us an explanation, and probably our money back.
Just fix this; do the right thing.

couldn't agree more tpitman I have emailed and tweeted TellTale and I have got no communication back from them. So many others have done the same and TT refuses to comment on this situation I have always purchased directly through TT just to support them. However my next purchase may not be through TT they have dropped the ball to many times now, customer service should never take a back seat TT and with your company it CLEARLY HAS.... We Mac users are your paying customers and we deserve an explanation and/or a solution.

I just received word that the issue occurring for Mac users unable to download the game should now be resolved. Please close and start the game while connected to the internet, and you should receive the necessary updates in order to be able to download the game. My sincerest apologies for those of you effected by this issue. I hope you enjoy the game!

They might have some issues, fine, but inform your customers! Ignoring them is usually pretty bad...
I really regret buying the season pass at this point!

Telltale usually releases episodes every 4-8 weeks. FYI, the first episode was released on December 17, 2013.

If you purchased the whole season, you will be able to play the other four episodes at no extra cost once they are released.
