Lost my progress

I don't know what happened but I started my computer up this morning went to play the game, through Steam, and all my progress was gone. I was in episode 4 and now it's all gone. I have to replay from the beginning. Is there anyway I can get the files from steam or something so I don't have to replay the whole thing.

    Can you please clarify if you have Steam Cloud saving enabled? If so, we recommend playing with it turned off. (To do this, please go to your Steam Library, and right click The Walking Dead from within the Library. Then click Properties from the list. Once on the properties menu, click the Updates tab, and under the Steam Cloud section, make sure Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for The Walking Dead is unchecked, then restart the game.
