Why was Beast there?
This really raises a question mark? Why was Beast at that hotel? It really raises lots of questions and I wish Bigby could ask him, 'What the hell are you doing here?'
Anyone else thought this was quite suspicious?

I thought that, too. Especially because Beauty and Bigny were on the second floor. Maybe he passed by the hotel as they were going up the stairs and started to investigate?
I think he might know the place because he fallowed Beauty after he meets you in ep1? Maybe he was waiting outside and saw Bigby and then decided to come in. You can make up all kinds of excuses but i really hated there was no way you could talk him down.
Once you start thinking like this you're gonna be nitpicky about a dozen more Episodes Telltale has crafted over the years. It's just how it goes in the plots sometimes. Beast was on the lookout obviously, and fortunately for the plot he was in the right place at the right time.
"Hey, have you seen my wife around here? Blonde, about this tall, usually wears a red robe?"
"Actually, I might have seen her walk into that building over there."
I think it's within the realm of plausibility that, given the fact that Beauty's been working there for a little while, some people would have seen her coming in and out of the building.

He shouold have been investigating maybe followed Bigby or interrigated some other fable
He was looking for Beauty...isn't that obvious? Beast isn't an idiot. He is perfectly capable of tracking down his wife. They didn't make him a Sheriff in the comics for nothing.

Agreed! He was totally there to bang some hooker, then he see's his misus there with Bigby and is all like "What, me? I wasn't doin' nothin' (quick, I'll divert the attention away from me) How could you, wifey?!!"
To me it was pretty clear he was searching for his wife.
He was meeting the folks up in room 203 for a hot threesome.
I never went in that room, but listened to it for ages.

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but Beast tells that to Bigby: "I've always wondered if I could beat you and I'm perfectly happy to find out." Bigby answers: "You think you can take me, Beast?"
So how does the fight in-game fits?
Well, the in game fight was a pretty short fight. It was over pretty much as soon as it started. So, I guess it could be explained in that manner. Plus, they did not fight in their full forms like they did in the comic.
