Umbrella no one?

I'm watching the Ep.3 trailer, and it seems that - as happened to Nima Cruz in JP - no one knows what umbrellas are meant for.
Why no one use it to cover themselves from the rain?
It's so difficult in 2014 to create a believable scene under the rain with everyone having umbrellas?
It's very upsetting seeing all these characters being wet but acting as rain isn't happening....

    I haven't read the comics yet and I have no idea where to find them ;n; Amazon hasn't been a help at all.
    How do I TWAU comics? pls help.

    Pretty sure wolf among us take place in the late 80s or early 90s

    I would have expected somewhere around the early to late 90s but the 80s seem to be closer in range.

    Aye i just started this thing but i've had something i wanted to get off my chest ever since i played episode 2. HOW THE **** IS SNOW BACK ALIVE.!? TELLTALE WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOIN YO.!? Look, anybody that cares or noticed, after u play the 1st episode, and they do the little "Next time on Wolf Amoung Us" thing us see BigBy mean muggin stuff n knockin chairs over, and he fights beast n an ALLEYWAY i front of the club. Now how the hell is he talkin to the FEDs and fihgtin in hotels now.? Plus, snow alive n instead its some fat troll and BigBy not knockin over chairs and stuff.?? WTF MAN.!! TELLTALE YOU HAD ME BEGGIN FOR THE NXT EPISODE WHEN I SAW THAT SHIT.!! I LIKED SNOW WHITE AND THE FACT THAT BIGBY LIKED HER.! THATS WHY WHEN SHE DIED I WAS LIKE OH FUCK.!! WHATS ABOUT TO HAPPEN Next.!!?? Then she just walk thorough the door fine and chillin -_-... u crushed me telltale but imma still keep playin cuz it might have some other crazy twist ahead. Dont let me down. (P.S. : Maybe release the real episode two just for me plzzzz, i gotta know what BigBy was gonna do)

    The comics aren't called 'The Wolf Among Us', they're called 'Fables', so searching that would be a good start.

    They are written by Bill Willingham.
