Well I'm guessing the little girl is Little Red Riding Hood, and the old lady is Little Red's grandmother. Bigby possibly takes Little red i… moren for questioning, so that could be why the lady said they took everything from me. The grave with the shield is probably the headless horse man who will bust out.
Disclaimer: Remember the book of fables from episode 1, The book that Snow has you look at first with some of the fables in it? Well that has very significant role in this game. I think all the fables that were in the book are those who are in danger or important victim's or suspects we will meet.

The girl who says "You have no idea what's going on do you?" sounds exactly like Jen Taylor (Cortana in Halo, Zoey in L4D).
Reminded me of Carver's "You have no idea who these people are do you?"

um just wanting to share two things I was thinking.
1: Grendel seem to have snap, he is seen fighting woodsman (otherwise a friend to him), and then Dum and Dee yelling "I am gonna kill you!". It acored to me maybe the fables feel like their alone because of the government doesn't help them, so they took things into their own hands and start to blame each other, but paranoia is getting to them.
2: the woman in white, I don't know about the queen you guys are referring too (I don't know much about the comics myself). but looking at the still picture she seem to be talking to someone and that someone is block out by the wall. when I saw the trailer because it was so quick I was thinking she was in font of a mirror but now I am thinking otherwise.

Georgie seem to be working for someone, someone mention before it was the crooked man maybe, I was thinking Dum and Dee was working for Crane but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I'm not sure if anyone has noticed or mentioned this before. After watching the trailer (again) this morning, I couldn't help but notice blood by the trash cans, if it is blood at all? (31 seconds into the trailer, before Beauty runs out of the anonymous screw palace)

Got a chance to see him in episode 3. He has a sad back story too 
His story changes a bit depending on where you go first. If you went to the offices first, the story changes a bit compared to going there second.
