All Fables for Episode 3??

I'm missing two of them and I'm a bit lazy to replay everything to find them. Could someone name all of the locations or things you have to do for them? Would save me and a few others some time... Thanks.

    I missed one, and I'm presuming it's because I didn't destroy Greenleaf's tree. It seems that each episode there's one set of two achievements which correspond with a binary choice.

    As for the other one, is it Flycatcher? To get him you have to go to the Tweedles' office at some point. I went after Bluebeard had been there, but Fly was still there, so I still got the achievement.

    One of the fables that many could be missing is "The Headless Horseman". In order to get him in the book of fables you need to go to Crane's Apartament first. In his apartament you will find a golden statue of the headless horseman, you need to look at it and they you will get a notifcation that New Book of Fables entry has been unlocked.
