I feel a lot of frustration with some of the choices. It feels like every time I decide something there's a character that tells me the negatives that come with it. My play through was very aggressive and I was not with the majority.
I stopped the funeral. It was an emergency alright? Crane could have been hiding there for all we know. Snow was in danger so I interrupted it. Holly and Grendel were just really annoying and if I had not say anything I'm sure they would have asked me why I didn't tell them earlier.
I burned the magic tree so she can't make any more glamour tubes. Was it wrong? I don't know, but it's to make sure they can't be made ever again. Aunty Greenleaf needs to turn things around and not support the wrong people.
I killed Dum; Dum and Dee shot Holly, Grendel, and Bigby at the funeral, and instead of running after firing 50 rounds of shotgun bullets into Bigby...yeah. I don't feel sorry for Dum or Dee, they didn't show any remorse, and there's a good chance they could have shot Snow.
I think what bothered me the most is in the trailer Snow criticizes Bigby for killing Dum. I really REALLY do not get it. They were trying to KILL Bigby and I mean really trying. Bigby could have died, I don't really feel concerned for the other guy when I have 300 holes in my chest. So was it really wrong to kill Dum? I feel like characters need to be more understanding when you make a decision. In my few playthroughs it feels like the characters always disagree with your decisions even if they're the total opposite of what you chose before.

Someone's going to be pissed off at you no matter what you do. It's the unfortunate reality of difficult choices like the one they present in the Wolf Among Us. It's just a matter of pissing off who you think are the right or wrong people.
I don't regret killing Dum. I just wish I could have killed Dee too.
I do think its absurd for Snow to chastise Bigby for killing Dum. It may be more praiseworthy and honorable of Bigby to spare his life, but when someone is unloading a shotgun at you with full intent to kill, you're perfectly justified to rip out his throat when you get the chance.
I don't think she was criticizing so much as she was reinforcing how this was only going to make people think of Bigby as the big bad wolf like in the old days rather than how he's been trying to be a good sheriff.
Case in point: Rick Grimes.
Yeah, she may not like it now, but I think she will understand eventually. Being nice and merciful to the guys that want to put a silver bullet through your skull is not really my top strategy.
This made me question Snow through the entire episode. She acted in complete comflict with me the entire episode, despite being proud and ha ppy with me the past two episodes. I never really did anything different and acted reasonable to situations and she acted out of character or over the top for "not acting within protocol" despite being contridictory to this and threatning to burn a fables tree for no reason instead of just arresting them..
Well, I actually thought she was too naive and, well, "sweet" in episode 1. Not the Snow I had (briefly) read about in the past. The Wolf Among Us is a nice origin story for the Snow of the comics, you know? She is still an emotional person and prefers to do things lawfully, that's how she rolls. The difference lies in the fact that her character is growing as the search for the killer intensifies and she starts to question how effective she and the government of Fabletown really are.
In Faith, you see a Snow crushed beneath the will of Ichabod, combined with her dissatisfaction of how things work in Fabletown. When those perceptions of herself as a helpless secretary are shattered by the game's events, she begins to become more assertive. She goes as far as ordering The Big Bad Wolf to enforce the law in a rather... exemplary way?
Did she come off as a little extreme and inconsistent? Yeah, but she's still learning how to take over the reins.
but her actions lie in direct hypocracy of what she was lecturing me for.
When we found Icabod. I grabbed him, hoping to restrain him, as to get him off the woman.
I see this as the most professional and safe way as it's the quickest way to stop him "hurting" that woman rather than yelling "you're under arrest" and having to deal with any consequences.
If she lectured me for this, what does her actions of burning a tree mean? she should be allowed to be a hypocrite cause she's a "boss" ?
anyway.. I still love snow as a character. she's awesome. I'm just picking up on some MAJOR character jumps
The brothers were trying to kill Bigby, true, but as that scene played out, it obviously wasn't working. They were both pretty much helpless after Bigby hulked out. While I can understand the choice, it just felt like overkill to me, and probably to Snow as well.
I wouldn't put a lot into what the trailers show. It can change a lot or a little. But I agree snow is not happy with hardly any of your choices. I found it strange she was so insistent on burning the tree. Which is why I didn't do it. What she thinks isn't always right... like in telling Crane about Faith's murder in ep1. She admits she should have listened to Bigby.
Interrupting the funeral seems like a dick move she wasn't in danger at all at least not from Crane. Telling her about his obsession with her could wait five minutes.
I could understand killing Dum is fine I didn't personally I feel they might end up helping later.
As for the tree I didn't destroy it as I took her point that the fables that cant afford the 13th floor glamour's need black market ones. The stuff she does on the side she can stop. I just thought there should of been an option to confiscate the tree I mean its a really old tree from the old lands destroying it just seems messed up.
