You should fix the title and add spoiler tags, I just finished playing the episode and wow it was amazing. I'm going to replay this one on other save files to see what I missed on my first run.
She's pretty much the Kenny of TWAU. If you agree with her, she's all nice and roses, except for when she's going through personal stuff (like Kenny did in Ep. 3 and 4). If you disagree, she won't like you and complain all the time, exactly the same as Kenny would in every episode of The Walking Dead season 1.
It's more that when I chose to be silent when talking to witch as a little girl she gave me an angry look. Does she expect me to talk all the time? Can't she do anything herself

Saw it during my silent playthrough - really caught me off guard.
For anyone wondering how you come across it: when Dee has his shotgun pointed at Grendel, you can stand there and do nothing. Dee shoots Grendel and you enter a struggle over the shotgun with Dee (you might also be able to just jump straight for the shotgun without just standing there waiting for Grendel to get shot). Fail the QTE and Dee will accidentally fire off at Snow, grazing her neck. For the rest of the episode, Snow sports stitches on her neck and a bandage.
As far as I can tell, I don't think it has any impact on dialogue.
Oh, so I guess that's why there's also the "Is Snow okay?" option when talking to the doc, even when nothing happened to her. I was actually wondering what happens if you don't go for Dee when he's about to shoot Gren, or if you fail the button mashing after that (especially since his gun was pointed at Snow). If I play it again sometime soon, I'm definitely trying that.

I completely forgot about that dialogue option. Just tried it out - after both Swineheart and Snow tell Bigby she's fine, the doctor assures Bigby that it's "nothing a little stitching can't fix".

I'm assuming it ends in a game over, but I'm wondering how it triggers. Perhaps from taking too long to act after Bigby goes wolfman mode?
