"Out with the old..." *Spoilers*
I just replayed episode 3 and had a few thoughts regarding Bloody Mary's last sentence. She says "Out with the old and in with the new. Long live the Queen". Is it possible that she and the Crooked Man are working with someone to depose King Cole? I was thinking the Red Queen because her famous line is "Off with their heads!". I hadn't seen this theory anywhere yet on the forums and I was wondering if anyone else had proposed it or if anyone else agreed/disagreed with it. I think that line is significant. We haven't heard anything about King Cole in awhile now. Everyone keeps implying that this thing is bigger than a few prostitutes getting murdered. I'm not sure how the prostitutes play into this, but I can't shake the thought that the Red Queen or some other evil queen is behind this after hearing Bloody Mary say that.

The theory is everywhere on the forum. Some believe it's about that, some believe it's about Snow.
They think it's the evil queen from the Snow White story? That would make sense too. I haven't seen the theory yet, but I haven't really looked past the first page of threads, so sorry if I'm writing a duplicate theory.
They think she was referring to Snow herself. There's that old saying, "The king has died. Long live the king.". Since Crane is gone, Snow would probably run the Business Office, hence she's the new "queen".
What was the red queens (alice in wonderland) favorite quote ? "Off with their heads"... oh what a coincidence right ?
Oh. Okay. I was interpreting the quote a bit differently because King Cole (a literal king) has been gone for an awfully long time now. Thanks for getting me up-to-date on those two theories anyways. I'll have to hunt down some of these threads. I'm still leaning towards there being an evil queen somewhere because it's the more fable-ish theory, in my opinion. Then again, I could be reading too much into that line. It just felt significant when she said it, like a hint.
That's what I'm thinking. Maybe the Red Queen is trying to take out King Cole, but that still doesn't explain the dead prostitutes. I don't have any idea what's going on there. I was thinking about those ribbons on their necks. This is a totally unrelated theory by the way. I was thinking that the weapon used in decapitating them are the ribbons themselves. They're clearly under a spell which restrains them from speaking about work. I wonder if when they speak about it, the ribbons tighten to decapitate them. They're probably magical ribbons which can do things that a normal ribbon couldn't, such as cutting off a head. Just a thought. Again, sorry if I'm late to the party and someone said this already. I don't want to be a parrot and repeat things that I have been said 100x.
It could be another red herring to make us think that the Red Queen or Evil Queen are the killers. I don't know.
True. Telltale loves those red herrings to throw us off the scent.
"Bloody Mary" was the nickname given to Mary I of England. I think this is where the term bloody Mary originated from (before the whole say three/five times in mirror thing) so it's possible that she was just referencing that. However, I think that it may not just be a throwaway comment and could potentially be foreshadowing of things to come. It's difficult to say though as from what we've seen from Bloody Mary she appears to be incredibly dramatic and loves to emphasise her passion for violence.
