Mundy sidekick?
OK so I just started reading the comics thought do any of you think that officer that interview Bigby is gonna reappear and maybe help him or he help her?
Another thing I noticed is that Bloody Mary introduced herself because Snow thought she was a human and not a fable? Even so the fable community cannot really do anything against humans? Has their ever in the history both in and out of the comics humans discovered their community or anything?

I think Bloody Mary was just introducing herself as an intimidation tactic (and for exposition for the player). There's no way Snow would think she was human, since she was in the company of the Tweedles and clearly knew what was up.
The Fable community doesn't like dealing with humans because they don't want the attention, but since the Fables function under their own government and have access to magic and other resources, they aren't really subject to Mundy rules. If they had to, they could "take care" of humans that were threatening Fabletown.
There is a short arc in the comic in which certain humans get close to finding out about Fabletown. I won't spoil what happens.

Let's just say that Bigby and the others certainly take care of business if a Mundy, or Mundies were to find out about their cozy little community. And there has been a good amount of times that happened, to my knowledge.
I think volume two is where you see a mundy discovering Fabletown and he confronts Bigby with it. He soons he realizes he made a mistake.
Do they actually get more power the more thier stories are well known to non fables?
They get more resistant to harm, or at least they can recover from more serious damage. They don't get more dangerous or stronger.
However, in-universe this is still an essentially untested theory. Certain Fables, most prominently Frau Totenkinder, don't believe it's true, though it does appear to be so based on the evidence of the comics so far.
There is a lot of evidence to prove the truth of it, specifically Snow white and Goldilocks.
