Walking Dead on Android won't start

Downloaded episode 1 today and it just gets stuck on the initial title screen with some sounds of birds chirping in the background, and no matter what I do it won't proceed further. I'm using an HTC One

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) If you have ART enabled on your android device, please disable ART and this will resolve any crashing

    2) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    3) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.

    5) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)

    I've read this same copy and pasted comment on all the threads asking this same question and its obvious that the problem hasn't been solved. Have to say my opinion of Telltale has gone down a great deal. If this is the sort of customer support you give, then I'm sorry, it's extremely disappointing.

    Thank you for providing your current OS version. Can you please clarify what Android device you are currently using?
