Problems with the graphics-unplayable.

I've recently downloaded The Walking Dead - Season 2 onto my Mac and from the very beginning the gaming graphics has looked like color bars on a public service announcement. The main menu screen is twitchy and has never been in full graphic resolution for me. When I start to play the game, the color bars are on and off but it's only for a second if it does stop. When the color bars aren't a problem, something is always blacked out (i.e. someone's eyes). I have deleted and re-downloaded the game several times. But the game is unplayable for me until I get this fixed.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the Mac shortcut (Command+F) and see if you can then see the game correctly. If you can, please then try going into the Options menu, and lowering the graphics and resolution to a lower setting, then switch it back to Full Screen Mode, or you can play it in Windowed Mode.

If you are still experiencing the issue after switching it to Windowed Mode, please read this Sticky on how to run our Support Tool, and follow the steps to run the tool, and reply to this email with the download link copied and pasted into this reply. You can find the Sticky here:
