I would be okay with them catching a serial killer who murders for the sake of committing murder too. It's still possible. Crane is being pulling in for his debts and he really doesn't seem like the killer. The Crooked Man killing off prostitutes seems beneath him and counter productive since Georgie probably throws a percentage his way. Other than Mary, who else is there? I don't think it's going to be Mary but I have nothing to go on with that, just doesnt' seem like something TellTale would do. They have the patience (and history, TWD S01) to make things come together right at the last moment without giving us a clue to who the antagonist is.
I actually liked the idea of serial killer, I have a thing for that kind of storyline, in style of Jack the Reaper, but then again, serial k… moreiller who kills prostitutes isn't quite an original concept. And as you said, most of the time it completely removes any logical motive, murder is its own purpose in that instance. It usually makes up for that with an interesting psychology of the murderer, but still, lack of motive isn't something I wouldn't like to see here.
TWD would be walking dead I guess? I am not fan of the series, so didn't play it, but will trust you on this.
No, I really doubt that Crooked Man stands behind the murders, he's that kind of a mafia boss character, as I see it, though he certainly knows something about murders. Blood Mary, though being a complete psychopath, seems to be working for him, so I guess he keeps her on leash, since he wouldn't want to draw too much attention on his dealings.
We'll see, I have little doubt it will turn to be very interesting.

You have to admit, being an insanely hot woman for centuries has its cons. Auntie Greenleaf also opined that "the lady's are whores", which probably struck yet another nerve in Snow's because of the nature of the surrounding investigation before Snow really lashed out and ordered Bigby to burn the tree. Fortunately Bigby is able to see through Snow's rash behavior and points out that she's just really bothered by what Crane's been doing for "too long".
She had a good excuse to react strongly, but I don't think she's arrogant or bitchy. Do you think other people always just accept how you deal with stressful situations without also being judgemental?
Yeah but snow always did have that streak in her, in the comics she has that darker arrogant/ controlling nature. It's just Bigby ignores he… morer and slowly changes her into the character that we all like. Don't forget that this is set before the comics so Bigby hasn't influenced her as much yet.

Faith wasn't glamoured to look like Snow when she died. Holly's sister, yeah. Did I forget someone?
I also don't think the glamour was th… moree reason Holly's sister (what's her damn name? I'm tired of typing ''Holly's sister'', lol) was murdered. Pretty confident she was killed because she was one of Crane's whores and the glamour just happened to be there at the time.
I'm having trouble putting blame on Greenleaf for anything. It's irresponsible, but as we talked about not illegal. I think it should be regulated, though. Go through the Democratic process though (whatever that is for the Fables, idk) and get it on the books, on the fly emotional decisions to just enforce stuff (burning the tree because she wants it done) as you see fit is anarchy and does no good for the common Fable. It's a bad precedent when you let your officials like Snow, Bigby or Crane do as they wish. As I type that I remember fondly beating the piss out of Dee (or Dum) and stealing their fat wad of cash.
It was more implied. We didnt see anything, we just hear the dwarves talking about it, if I remember right. We do see them about to attack some other girl.
Don't be too harsh. I don't really like her cold behavior either but she's not cold for the sake of being cold. Actually her life was pretty… more difficult to say the least:
She was raped by seven dwarves
She caught her husband in the bed with her own sister
The Apocalypse in the Fable Homelands which was a traumatic expirience to say the least
Finances. Not exactly a life success become a prince's wife and then become a clerk even if somewhat high-ranked clerk
Difficult work. Crane giving her shit all the time for not doing job right while he sits on his ass or goes to prostitutes or embezzling. And it's basically Snow who does all the work.
Knowing that Crane has a sick sexual obsession with her doesn't help either.
Snow ain't arrogant when she wants Bigby to burn the tree. Snow is taking everything personally, which blinds her judgment. Snow even admits it depending on your decisions.
Not just the 'bitchy' ones, but very religious girls, too, because they feel so guilty about sex; the idea being that the more things you can talk them into doing, the more they compensate with religious zeal which then makes them more prominent in their community.
Also, I recall reading that a relationship is the price you pay for the anticipation of it, so interpret that as you like, too.
I really think that Snow was possesed by Crane in the tree scene.
Not only did she wanted to burn it, she also threated the witch just like Crane would do it!
I think that snow totally lost it at the Green leaf part. I mean, I was freaking out at the game, saying god damn cranes getting away and all you want to do is burn this damn tree. WTF!?!?!
"If snow was a man, no one would be complaining about 'his' attitude."
Well, at least one person would. I would and I'm a woman. I'd prob… moreably call a guy a "d*ck" if they were barking orders at Bigby like that. lol. I don't think it's just because she's a woman. She really annoyed me when she ORDERED me (her words) to burn down Aunty Greenleaf's tree. That just did not sit right with me. It was cruel and unnecessary. It was as if she didn't care about how people were struggling to afford glamours. She also doesn't seem to respect Bigby's office. He's the sheriff and she's a secretary. He ultimately makes the call on how to handle the tree. It's not even illegal, it's just frowned upon to buy black market glamours or to get glamours of other fables. I also don't like how she just gave away evidence to Holly without consulting Bigby first. It's unprofessional. She complains too much in the first episode about not doing anything and it seems l… [view original content]
I'm not saying that she was literally possesed by Crane or that it was him or that she had no reason to be mad... Just that she sounded just like him in that scene
She was really annoying and hateful in that one scene and seemed kind of shitty towards the witch too.
Specially after all that talk about how hard is to see fables strugling and having no idea about it
Actually Crane wouldn't. Snow takes her anger against Crane out on Aunty Greenleaf is what it was. Snow even admits it.
Bigby- Snow, do y… moreou really wanna kill this tree for Fabletown? Or do you want me to burn it because you're pissed at Crane for what he... did to you.
Snow- They stole my hair from my apartment, Bigby. So yeah, I'm pissed, but I still know whats best for this town.
Those few lines and the fact that Greenleaf is Crane's witch destroy your line of argument quite nicely.
This topic made me laugh. It's the internet so I might as well contribute.
Dirty ones are the best. I'm talking dishes in the sink that need done. laundry piled up in the bath room and a general sloppy home tend to also be very good.
your decisions result in different dialogues which is actually good .... but i have a question to ask you ... i think you have a soft corner towards snow ...
Well, she runs the city (de facto). King Cole leaves everything up to Snow, and Crane is a useless piece of shit. In the first half of the comics, she is easily the most important character in Fabletown.
Tis nothing but the progression of the story. It is one thing to be Narcissistic and a total loser, but if you are Narcissistic and have something to back it up (like Snow does), it is a little better. Yes this egotism may well be the start of the progression into her own self-admiration that we see in the comics. You have a good complaint, but her comic character does have a point. She is Snow "godamn" White, after all. Just don't hate her cause she's beautiful mkay? Nobody likes someone jelly.

I agree I feel like your all forgetting how tough shes had it and and how much she has to repress to even smile sometimes. Stuff like tht takes a long time to go away or make peace with. It's a really sensitive topic and then u find out ur boss has been fantasizing about the whole time you've worked for him and then ur right back where u started. I think she a great person I just hope bigby can keep her level headed. At the end of the day it's ur choice.
Why? She wasn't bitchy, she was assertive.
Seriously, she was raped by seven dwarves and now crane has fantasies of her with prostitutes. … moreThat is a real traumatic experience. She has right to be mad at crane and make decisions and be impatient. This guy is a complete creep.
In my opinion she was already a great character in the comics, and now she's even better. That episode made me love her much more.
May I remind you, it's YOUR choice. You don't NEED to make nice decisions for Snow. Nothing happens until later in the comics anyway so you aren't going to get with her or anything.
You're the sheriff, you aren't Snow's assistant.
That's simply your opinion that you are.
I don't thinks he arrogant at all, she has confidence sure but I don't think she's arrogant.
PS: If Snow was a man, no one would be complaining about 'his' attitude lol.

Easy ,Bigby. I know he called her a bitch.
i have no problem in burning the tree and i accept snow's orders ...
lily is holly's sister
Oh boy, you should have seen her in the comics then.
This.
It seems people got a somewhat wrong impression of Snow based on the first episode.
She is, in fact, bossy. And badass. I like her a lot. But she is not a timid, quiet damsel in distress that some players believe her to be.
It was more implied. We didnt see anything, we just hear the dwarves talking about it, if I remember right. We do see them about to attack some other girl.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Dont forget the whole reason for her story in the first place with her stepmother trying to kill her, lol.
The bitchy ones are good in the bedroom, huehuehue.
I'll second this. And the crazy ones, though you usually have to face with the consequences afterward.

That's not a question.
Lilly is your avatar? Now why doesn't that surprise me.
