Help- 3 episdoe N/A Ps3 [Moved to Support]

Two days ago i downloaded the season pass from the Ps network and played episode one and two. Everything worked so far and i played the first two episodes . Now i wanted to play the third one but in the game menu it still says episode 3 A CROOKED WAY is coming soo. So its not available for me and i deinstalled the game and loaded it again- still the same problem?!?!?!

What to do, please help!

    If you are experiencing this on Steam on PC, please make sure that your The Wolf Among Us game is set to 'Always keep this game up to date'. To do this, please right click on the game from within your Steam Library and go to Properties. Once in the Properties window, navigate to the Updates tab, and under the Automatic Updates section make sure that the drop down bar is set to Always keep this game up to date.

    After you set the game to always update, please close down the Steam Client completely. (Please also make sure to close it if it is still open in the hidden icons in the bottom right of the screen when you click the upward facing arrow. If it is, please right click the Steam icon and click Exit.)

    Once Steam is closed, please reopen it, and you should receive any of the necessary updates for The Wolf Among Us to work. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. You may have to try this a couple of times for Steam to successfully update the game. Hope this helps.

    Heard of a few PS3 users experiencing this issue. Please go to the Playstation Store, and do a search for 'A Crooked Mile' (The name of Episode 3). Your search results should come up with the episode. As long as you have purchased the Season Pass, you should be able to click on the episode on the Store, and it will show up as Free. (Make sure it is the Season Pass version of the Episode) You can then choose to download it from the Store, and it will download to your PS3 and you will then be able to play the episode. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

    Please also try going to the Playstation Store website, and searching for 'A Crooked Mile'. If you are logged into your current playstation account, you should be able to see the game as Free if you own the Season Pass, and then you can click on the game episode to download it, and then it will ask you if you wish to download it to your PS3. Once you click OK, it will send the Episode to your PS3 to download the next time it is turned on.
