Still can't download episode 3...

It's May the 14th here (Austraila) and I still can not download episode 3.
I'm horrible with Time Zones so do I have to wait any extra days or is there a specific time it's being released?

    I can't download ep 3 on my Xbox either. I stayed up until midnight trying to do so and all I get inside the game is a download button but when I try it takes me to the microsoft window and has a red cirlce with a dash through it.

    I am having the same damn problem, you would think after the long wait they would have all this ironed out. I have that red circle with a line thru it as well and own the season pass. I just want to play the game!!!

    Ugh same issue here. Got that red circle even though I have the season pass as well. And on the main menu in the lower right hand corner I am getting a caution symbol that reads, "Episode 3 will be available May 14th." Smh. Looks like I have the pleasure of playing well after May 14th....don't I feel special.

    I have the same issue here, stayed up until midnight as well. I had a similar problem with Wolf Among Us.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Episode 3 should now be available in all regions for the Xbox 360.
