PLEASE HELP! Lost every bit of Walking Dead memory!

I communicated with Microsoft representatives who sent me here. Just the other day (5-9-14), I went to play the Walking Dead S2 with my friend because she hasnt seen it yet and it turns out i have lost all memory from S1 Spisode 1 to S2 Episode 2! I dont know what else to do, but I am getting very frustrated at all of this... I have deleted and redownloaded the game, updated my xbox fully, restarted it, everything! Please help a fellow fan...

    I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Can you please clarify if you can still see your save data for both seasons in your Storage Device?

    I have for Season one "11 MB of Saved Game" data and for Season two "65 MB of Saved Game" data. So yes, I still have the save data on my memory device.

    After re-downloading the game, please make sure that you are using the correct profile associated with the save files, and make sure that you are connected to the internet when starting the game, to make sure you are receiving the latest Title Update to allow your save files to be read.

    Also, please note that if you have ever turned off the game, or if your system ever crashed during an autosave or loading screen, that your save files may have become corrupted. If this crash occurred during Season Two, you should still be able to see your save files for Season One, and be able to import them into Season Two to use again, but you would then need to restart the Second Season. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    Is there any way you could somehow pull up my saves? I don't know how that works, the only good thing about this is that the randomly generated choices for season one were all basically what I chose. So I guess I'll replay season two, thanks anyway.
