Season Pass issue: Episode 3 not available

Good morning,

I discontinued Xbox Live since Episode 2, and Episode 3 is only listed as a new purchase option. Purchasing Season Pass again is also listed as an option. Seemingly no way to trigger download onto Season Pass. I also removed my credit card info -- would that be a trigger to cause this issue?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Removing your credit card info should not be an issue as long as the Season Pass purchase is still visible in your purchase history. I recommend contacting Microsoft Support, and make sure that your account still has the purchase history of the Season Pass. You can also try logging into your account, and then going to the Xbox Marketplace, and doing a search for Episode 3, then seeing if you are able to download the episode directly from the store.
