Wallace and Gromit Deal if you already have the bonus games

I have two serials for Sam and Max: Ice Station Santa thanks to the Wallace and Gromit Sale. I also have the Strong Bad: Dangeresque on the Wii, but that's another story. Anyways, I suppose I can't get a refund for one of the Sam and Max eps, could I?

Nope, but we can convert the free games into gift codes if you would like to give them to a friend. Just email us at support@telltalegames.com and ask.

I sent an e-mail to that address requesting this, but have had no response.

We have gotten a lot of requests and are getting to each of them as quickly as we can but seeing as how we have a game launch tomorrow we are also really busy with getting that ready. Rest assured we will get to you ticket today though.

Hmm, still got nothing, in my inbox or spam. Should I send another?

I can't seem to find any support ticket from your email about changing the games into gift codes. If you would still like to have it done please send in another email to support@telltalegames.com and I can take care of it right away.

(And if you used a different email address to write to us than the one on your account, you can send Scott a PM letting him know what that email address is, so he can find your email. :D)

I've sent another, and it's from the same address as I am registered to the site with.

    Thanks :)

These gift codes... are we talking about some long alphanumeric string of letters, numbers, and characters that can be given to a friend that they can enter into the website and receive a free copy of the game? Also am I going to have to bug my friend into registering an account on the main website?

I'm going to be itching to convert my free games into gift codes as well but I still haven't decided who to offer them to.

Yeah they are codes given to friends to redeem the game. They will need accounts but they can make them as they redeem the gift codes.

Ask for the conversion now... Emily (or someone else) will send you an email containing your gift codes and the URL to redeem them at. Then forward those onto a friend who can then use the codes to get their free episodes!

Could you please send me a PM, that includes the email address you've been trying to email us from?

Never mind, I see what the problem is.

I'm going to send you a private message with your gift codes in it.
