Not able to download EP 2-5 & 400 days

I just bought the season pass for TWD S1 on my Samsung Galaxy S2. Whenever I go to download one of the episodes I get "Connection lost while downloading data. Please ensure you have a working internet connection and re-attempt the download." My connection seems to be intact and I'm not really sure how to get it to work. I've tried restarting my phone, but they didn't working either.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again. (This will clear the device's cache.)

    4) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
  • I tried them all. The closes solution was #4. I was able to download Episode 2 and 3, but after that the message shows up again. I also just opened up the game, and it seems like i lost episode 3. I have to download it again, which I cannot do.

Can you please clarify how much space you currently have on your device? Please note the game can only install to internal storage, and cannot download to an external storage device such as an SD card.

  • Ah, I have the game stored on my SD card.

    Device Memory: 64MB of 1.97GB

    USB Storage: 8.55GB of 11.26GB

    SD Card: 6.41GB of 7.4GB

I'm kinda "new" to android, and I have no idea what the USB Storage is and how I can move the game to that storage. My device memory is very low as you can see, and I was hoping I could store all of the episodes on my SD card..

Unfortunately only the internal Device Memory is able to store and run the game successfully. You will have to install it there. If you install the later episodes, you may run into space issues. If this occurs, please note that your game saves will store in the base application (Episode 1) and the rest of the episodes are downloadable content (DLC) which means after you download and complete Episode 2, you can delete that episode to make room for Episode 3, and then download and play that episode, etc. My apologies for any difficulties this may cause you, and I hope you are able to enjoy the game!!
