Hmm. I think the blood is either from her cradling him on the ground immediately after the end of the third episode or helping him up and back to his apartment, or.... Well, wouldn't it be romantic if she had to help him set the bone in that arm after BM so rudely stepped on it? It'll need doing before he can begin regenerating it, and they have a scene where she does exactly that for him in the comic.
Nothing says "I have feelings for you I have yet to confess even to myself" like hugging your maybe-significant-other's body close enough to get red on you.
I was going to suggest that maybe she tried to move him, but then again, Knights of Malta hospital's "special research division" probably has it's own Fable-operated ambulance.
I think that's because she was supporting him on her lap after he got shot and had his arm snapped by Mary. He had to be bleeding a lot, at the time.
Still, it's a pretty sweet gesture.
Fables are naturally quite a bit stronger than mundies though, so I bet she could carry him out of there if she was determined to, too xD

Haha.....always get a warm fuzzy feeling inside when I read this thread and see Snow's suit covered in blood......(adding to that, their cozy interaction at Bigby's apartment puts me in smile).
