Basically, I was talking to a friend Steam as he played through the episode, and when he met Tiny Tim he immediately asked if TCM was Scrooge. Which actually kinda makes a little bit of sense, although Scrooge is supposed to be the good guy. Who do you think he's based on?

Right, it mentions some things from the nursery rhyme. What annoyed me in his Book of Fables is the fact that he killed his own family.
I think the Crooked Man is the figurehead and Tiny Tim is the mastermind.
Shows he's pretty power hungry for killing them for standing in his way. Also did he even havea family in the rhyme?
