Episode 5 Choices to kill?

Since the latest episode showed everyone the Crooked Man's inner circle and the preview seems to show some of them cowering in fear, I think that the next episode will have us chasing down each member and dealing with them, possibly giving the players the chance to decide people's fate. For example, you could be given the choice to kill Georgie or spare him. But, there would be some fixed ends, especially for Bloody Mary and the Crooked Man. How would you react to that, and what decisions would you make?

Crooked Man; Bloody Mary; The Tweedles; Georgie/Vivian; Jersey Devil

  • this would be very interesting. I would Kill Crooky, Mary, and spare Dee, Jersey, And Georgie.

  • I would spare the Tweedles, Jersey, Georgie and Vivian. I don't know about the Crooked Man but one thing is for certain, Bloody Mary is getting the axe no matter what!

  • Jersey can't die he's in the comics

  • Great Metallica album.

    Kill'em all.

He isn't. Jersey Devil is never mentioned in the comics, even if Wikipedia says he is. In Jack of Fables a Fable that resembles the Jersey Devil (but not the Jersey we meet in the game) appears very briefly but it isn't said that he actually is the Jersey Devil.

  • Yeah, but why would the same Fable look completely different in the comics and the game? If the creature featured in just one page of Jack of Fables Issue #3 really is the Jersey Devil, he's so irrelevant anyway that Telltale might not even know about him being there. So they made their own, separate version of JD and there are no restrictions to what can happen to him in TWAU.

  • Kill the Tweedles, Bloody Mary, and Jersey. Spare Georgie, Vivian, and Crooked Man. I spare Crooky because of Snow.

  • Kill Bloody Mary! Then Interrogation Crooked Man, The Tweedles, Georgie, Vivian and Jersey Devil.

  • My point is, it's yet to be confirmed JD is in Jack of Fables. He's so irrelevant there that he might as well have never appeared. And since TWAU is canon and Jersey actually has a role in it, one could just say that the Jersey Devil is not in the comics.

And Woody doesn't really look completely different the few times he's shown in the comics, he could've just lost some weight and his hair and still be the same guy.

  • I'd kill Mary, Dee, and Jersey. I'd spare Georgie and Vivian, and I'd give CM a royal beaten and hand him over to snow.

  • I would kill Mary and spare the rest, unless Mary asks me to kill her then i would arrest her too because i won't do what the villain tells me to.

  • It could also be another version of JD, as Fables tend to be reborn if killed, depending on their popularity.

  • kill mary, jersey and maybe dee

  • I wanna punch georgie again

  • I want to kill them all!

  • I doubt there will be a choice. Chances are we'll have to kill everyone.

I'm keeping them all alive to stand trial. Because of the shitty job Crane did as deputy mayor, people don't trust people town. They've turned to the Crooked Man, and some of the Fables that have trust him, look up to him. He's kept them alive, kept them away from the Farm... Helped them when no one else would. Bigby goes in and kills all of them, how does that look? How will we ever gain the Fables' trust if we turn the Crooked Man into a martyr. We've got to make them all stand trial, expose them for who they are, show everyone what they did. That's how Fabletown wins.

Also, my Bigby is a nice guy, he doesn't kill people.

    Spare all of them...

There better be multiple endings to the game if this was the case, in which I hope there will be anyway!

  • I would spare everyone except bloody marry. the others have stuff to tell me and info I need to know. Bloody marry seems like a big threat to me right now. Id be constantly looking behind me to make sure she isn't swinging that axe at me head.

  • I would arrest CM, kill Mary without questioning it (unless that somehow puts snow in danger) kill dee because, well i killed dum already so might as well, spare georgie and vivian.

  • If I get the chance I'm killing Mary, no questions asked. Given her reputation, she deserves no quarter.

  • I would spare everyone if I could to face Justice. But I'm not entirely confident in Snows 'justice' and I fear all they'll get is a slap on the wrist. The Crooked Man and Bloody Mary, at the very least, need to be tossed down the witching well. At the VERY LEAST!

If I even suspect that they'll get nothing but a slap on the wrist, well, things might take a different turn, for the betterment of the town.

  • I'm killing The Crooked Man, Bloody Mary, Georgie, and TweedleDee (tore Dum's throat out already). I'm probably killing Vivian as well. Jersey, well, I've heard that he's in the comics so I can't kill him, but if I do get the option somehow he's dying with all the rest.

  • Here's a fun fact: the album was originally meant to be titled "Metal Up Your Ass" but of course it was early 80's and that was apparantly too rude for an album cover in those days. They made a T-Shirt of it instead, with a hand holding a knife sticking up out of a toilet (which I'm sure you've seen around).

    Great Metallica album.

  • Kill: Crookey, Jersey, Bloody Marry, and Georgie
    Spare: Vivian, Tweedles

  • Actually Snow's justice will be death penalty for everyone. If the only options will be arrest everyone or kill everyone there won't be an actual choice.

  • I'd probably kill Mary and spare the others (depending on the situation). I need the spare CM for Snow.

  • Maybe it'll do what Kill Bill does where we have a list of characters to kill in a certain order, and the final one on the list would be "Crooked Man".

I plan to kill Mary, Dee, Jersey and Georgie. I'm still not sure how deep into this Vivian is, given that she seems to have the same spell on her as Nerissa, so I'll make a decision for her when it comes up.

I'll keep Crooked Man alive, because I said I would.

  • None of them are being killed in my playthrough if it gets to that. Just throw them in jail.

  • I want that too. I hope they`re not involved that much in the murders, at least Georgie and Vivian.
