How do I get the vulture screeching noise above major crum? And another question how do I stop the irish guy from squishing paneers sand castle?

    The two puzzles are related. Solve one and you're a distance toward solving the other.

    Wallace has a loudspeaker rigged up near to the Major's seat. He must have something rigged up nearby to provide mood music... or sound effects, mustn't he?
    There's a sound effects panel on the wall near the stairs. Select 'seabirds' and you're in business.

    Have you noticed the speakers left to Major Crum? There is a way to change the background noise. Search the room thoroughly.

    Hint 1:
    Solve the riddle with Major Crum first.
    Hint 2:
    He should be physically punished somehow for squishing the castle...
    Solution:
    Place the tin solder on the correct tower.
