Big huge plot hole?
How could the toad get away with driving a car with no glamor? He'd be seen before he got to the end of the block. We know he drives it because his car was right out front. On top of that, there is no place he could drive to where he could get out of his car and not be seen except the wilderness or the farm. He wouldn't have a car just for that.
Could there possibly be a legitimate answer to this? I can't believe they'd have such an obvious plot flaw.

He could've owned Glamour at one point in his life and been able to drive. But since he must've ran out, he probably doesn't drive during the day, when the most people are out. I dunno.
everyone in the city is ugly and fat.
Toad owned the car before moving to Fabletown going by Wind in the Willows, maybe it's even how he outran the Adversary's armies. Frankly, it might be a good thing if he was never allowed to drive it in NY.
I don't consider that a huge plot hole. Like Emmy said, he was probably driving it with the glamour and has since stopped.
Big by & Woody destroyed his car when they fell on it.
Maybe he only used glamour when he drove.
How is that a plot hole? It's seen and mentioned in episode 1 and it's never mentioned again.
Signyl has a good explanation as well, maybe even the best one considering Beauty & Beasts words.
