I decided to have a chat with him. Let's hear him out... I'll probably disagree with everything he says though.
But I don't want to act like they expect me to, which is to just create chaos. Plus I told Snow I'd bring him in alive (oops that might not happen).

Tried it on my other playthrough, felt like a good choice actually.

I threatened him in my first playtrough and smoked in my 2nd. Gotta say the smoking is much more badass.
I agreed to talk.
I chose "smoke".
It was pretty badass.
I was hoping for the kick everyone's ass option. But as no such choice exists I just chose to sit down and talk.
I'm curious to hear what he has to say, so I went with talking. Besides, I figure starting trouble in his own domain would be a bad idea.

Let's talk. Because I'd eager to hear how he'll explain all of this, and to top it all off Bigby lit a smoke. Now that's awesome. You don't see many badass characters smoking anymore. Yes, it's unhealthy, but if you're going to do something unhealthy just because it's cool then you deserve that lung cancer.

Technically it is, but Bigby can afford it. Shit, they guy recovers from buckshot wounds the way we recover from a light hay fever.

My thought process was something like:
[Threaten him] - No, that's not classy at all.
Alright. Let's talk. - I'm not going to agree with the first thing this guy says to me.
No. You're coming with me. - Meh, too corny.
[Smoke] - Well, why the hell not?
And it turned out to be extremely badass. A great ending in my opinion.
I threatened him. I think it´s time for Bigby to get mad and turn into the big bad wolf.
I was playing the nice Bigby and decided to hear him out before arresting him, Im not sure if hes actually the murderer at this point, I recall the Tweedle brothers where investigating for him as well. In my angry Bigby play I threatened him.
"Alright, let's talk."
Not necessarily because I was being nice, but because I wasn't going to just fly off the handle from the start before sizing up the situation. We can pretend to be civil for a few moments. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that everyone knows how badass Bigby can be when he's done playing nice.

Wow, did really no one say "No. You're coming with me"? I did, because I was there to arrest him, and wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to fight anyone there, because Snow told me not to kill anyone, and I would hear what he had to say after I arrested him and everything was safe.
