If you hesitate, Swineheart quickly snaps it back into place for you. I fixed it.

I didn't know Swineheart could fix your arm if you take too long to gather the courage to fix it yourself. Nice find.
I also fixed it, but with less cringing (halfway). Bigby is a wolf after all so he can take the pain of fixing his arm.
