The Wolf Among Us (Characters and how/where I think they are involved) [MY OPINION]

edited June 2014 in The Wolf Among Us

Bigby Wolf = I read some discussion about Bigby being the killer, I highly disagree. It would be a plot twist. But I don't think it's possible because we were playing as Bigby when Lily's murder happened and Bigby was sleeping when Faith's murder happened.

Snow White = Many of you say that Snow is glamoured. At the start of Episode 2 I had the exact same opinion (since she was kinda bitchy to us) but I don't think she is, she just wants to make shit right. But I think her "political" plan will fail since something HUGE will happen in Episode 5 (MY OPINION)

Woodsman = If I had to choose ONE character that I'd cross off my suspect list, it'd be the Woodsman. There is NO way he is the murderer. I think he was in the wrong place, the wrong time, said and done the wrong things. For those who think it's the Woodsman I will give you a pretty solid alibi. He was in the bar with us when Lily's murder happened. And in the state he was in (Damn, that guy got an axe in his head) I don't think he could be able to kill Faith.

Faith = I don't have much information to share with you : /. I have no idea WHY she was killed or WHO killed her. We all learned that the cause of death was the removal of her ribbon (thanks to Nerissa...well, kinda)

Beauty and Beast = Ah, the couple of destruction. At the first episodes I really liked both of them. But since Episode 3, I started to hate them. I am not saying the DID it, but I think they are more involved than "own a loan to Crooked man and deliver boxes from the Butcher". Let me ask you one thing. How did the Tweedles learn that we were after Crane? Who were the ONLY people knowing that I would try to find Crane. Beaty and Beast...back at the Open Arms. I think they are spies or they give information to the Crooked Man's people or the Crooked Man himself! Anyway that's my opinion.

Mr. Toad and TJ = Most people don't like Toad, since he is a little bit asshole :P. But I really like him, he is just a shitty father that tries to raise his child. I don't think Toad has nothing to do with this.

Colin = The fat piece of pork is next. I will be direct and honest with you. I don't think Colin did it. For THREE reasons. First of all (as far as we know) he didn't know the girls. Secondly he is a good friend of Bigby (since he was there when Bigby was being helped by Swineheart and since Bigby lets him stay with him). And finally, how does a pig, with hooves cuts the head of two prostitutes?

Ichabod Crane = That slimy sick pervert was my Number 1 suspect since Episode 1. But after the ending of Episode 3, I changed my mind. He really looked incapable of murdering a human being. What I want to know is what does he know with the investigation (he has to know something, otherwise why would the Crooked Man send him to fucking France??) and what did he mean with "Stupid girls and their preposterous schemes". That seemed VERY suspicious. GOD, I wish I could have asked him some questions back at the Pudding n' Pie.

Bufkin = Well...I gotta say he is sloppy but he is really trying to help. He told us about Crane's witch and he fixed the mirror. I think I can trust this guy blindly :).

Prine Lawrence = Well...he is dead...let's move on xD

The Tweedles = My two MOST hated characters in this game. Although, I didn't kill Dum (I played the good guy, so I can kill everyone is Episode 5 >:D Muahahaha) I really want to kick their asses. I don't know if they killed those girls, but as we all know they work as henchmen for the Crooked Man. I swear to god...if they killed the girls...I am going to fucking replay Episode 3's ending and KILL THAT MOTHERFUCKER.

Holly = I know she doesn't like us, but I don't think she has anything to do with this. I mean what the fuck...killing her own sister? I think she is just a Fable fighting for survival.

Grendel = I really like this dude ;). He is cool as ice, although he hates me...(NO, I did not tear his arm off). I believe this goes same as Holly.

Bluebeard = That son of a bitch is hiding something and I WILL find out what. When the triple choice comes (Dee and Dum's office, Crane's apartment and Trip Trap), wherever he goes, he makes a fucking mess and destroys the evidence >:(. I think he is heavily involved (My opinion)

Magic Mirror = Just...nope

Jack Horner = I really have no idea if I should trust this guy. He knows WAY to much. He works at the Lucky Pawn and tried to steal back the Glamours from Crane. That means he KNOWS about the Crooked Man's business. I don't think he has anything to do with the murders though.

Lily = I don't have anything to share here. Just something that came to my attention. At her funeral, when you read all the goodbye cards, Vivian's is very peculiar. I will discuss this later.

Georgie Porgie = I can't/won't stop hitting this guy. He is such a dick xD. And I think I can place him at the bridge where Lily's body was dumped. In Episode 2, when you interrogate TJ he says that he heard someone saying "Stop laughing at me". Well, I heard the same fucking thing from Georgie JUST before I enter the Crooked Man's lair. Coincidence? I don't know. He looks pretty suspicious as well. And he looks pretty fucking OK with the fact that he lost 2 of his girls...

Clever Hans = I think this guys is just a dumbass that helps the bad guys without noticing it. Can't blame him, he gets to see all the pussy in the Pudding n' Pie ;).

Nerissa = Indefinitely, one of the most interesting characters. She helped us with the Open Arms, she helped us (well...not really xD) to understand that if you remove the ribbon from the wearer he/she dies and that we SHOULD go to Beauty and Beast's apartment. She also said something that I have been trying to think what she meant. In Episode 4, when you interrogate her, she said something about friends...her friends, Bigby's friends and I don't know if Bigby's friends are in-danger or that one of his friend's did it. Also I think she is scared of Vivian. Because, when Nerissa comes to tell Snow that they are starting the burn, she looks with a terrified face at the people sitting there. And I think that the face was going to Vivian.

Dr. Swineheart = I don't really like him. He wants to be cool but fails. I don't think he is involved of course.

Flycatcher = I really liked him, and felt sorry for him that Crane fired him. And I also regretted that I yelled at him in the Tweedles office...

Headless Horseman = We haven't really seen the characters, we don't even know if he is alive...but I know one thing...he used to cut a lot of heads...

Aunty Greenleaf = I hate her. Although I didn't burn her tree. I think she receives many magic spells and glamours from the Crooked Man (since we found The Butcher's box in her house).

Bloody Mary = I wish I can kill that bitch. I am going to skin her alive and eat her...ahem...sorry...I don't think she is responsible for the murders but she HAS to be Crooked Man's Number 1 Henchman.

Jersey Devil = Another goon of the Crooked Man. And I realised something that scared the crap out of me. Jersey said "Are you still trying to find whoever killed those whores, or are you done chasing your tail?". So wait a second. Does he mean that NO ONE killed the girls? Woah...that is a possibility that haven't thought about...We'll see in Episode 5 I guess.

Johan the Butcher = I don't think he is involved, although he helped them escape. He did it because of fear, not because he wanted it.

Th Crooked Man = The mastermind behind all this shit. I hope after the talk we will have with him in Episode 5 some things will be cleared out. I don't get why is everyone scared of him that much. Is he that powerful? He has Bloody Mary, the Tweedles, Jersey Devil, Georgie Porgie (and Vivian), Tiny Tim and many more under his yoke (like Johan said). I will kick this guy's ass in Episode 5...MARK MY WORDS.

Vivian = My PRIME suspect. Listen, she smokes Huff n' Puffs (we found them on 207, in the Open Arms). She accused Crane viciously at the dressing rooms in the club, she was with Georgie at Crooked Man's lair (and Nerissa wasn't...weird, I hope she is not dead :C) AND she wrote that fucking weird goodbye message to Lily. Also, Nerissa said that "She doesn't have ANY friends left". SO she doesn't count Vivian as her friend. Dude, that girl is fucking dangerous...

AND FINALLY, a character that I think is going to show up in Episode 5

The Queen of Hearts =

Hint 1 = Dee and Dum (same fairytale, Alice in the Woderland)
Hint 2 = She liked to decapitate anyone who didn't like
Hint 3 = Bloody Mary said "Off with the old... In with the new...Long live the Queen..."

ALL OF THESE ARE MY OPINION, YOU CAN FREELY COMMENT YOURS, OR POST A THEORY...BE RESPECTFUL THOUGH, OR BIGBY'S COMING FOR YOU

HAPPY WAITING FOR EPISODE 5 TO EVERYONE ;D

Iam Noone, out

  • The crooked man has got to have some sort of power, a lot of fables are scared of him and he has a powerful spirit who is very loyal and working for him in Bloody Mary I'm sure he's not just an old man with a cane.

  • Lawrence isn't dead for some people. He's alive in my playthrough.

  • Hans get's to see all the pussy he can at the Pudding & Pie. Nice. lol :)

I too have all my fingers and toes pointed at Vivian. But I hope episode 5 clears it up....

Iamnoone, you will win the nobel prize in figuring this shit out.

I forgot all about "long live the queen". That's a smoking gun. Yup, it's the red queen from Alice who's running the show.

I don;t know what her relationship is with the crooked guy though...

Could she be vivian, using a glamor to hide the fact that she looks like a playing card? Note how she walked to the back center of Crooked Man's room, directly in front of Bigby.

Or Mary. Her Book of Fables Entry says, "a strange ability to use any reflective surface as a portal, effectively short-cutting space and time."

You know, someone really ought to make a transcript of this thing, particularly episode 4. I now have to watch 3 yet AGAIN to take a closer look at Vivian.

  • "long live the queen". prolly refers to queen mary who bloody mary is based off

  • I have the same feeling too. What I also think is that we are going to fight him in Episode 5

  • I don't think Queen Mary and Bloody Mary are the same. Bloody Mary is an urban legend, like Slenderman

No, that's too tenuous a link. Plus, she wouldn't puff herself up like that. She doesn't seem to have a low-ego problem, to say the least.

    There's a queen in ep 5.

  • "A modern addition of taunting Bloody Mary regarding her baby indicates the legendary figure's tenuous connection to Queen Mary I, also known as "Bloody Mary", whose life was marked by a number of miscarriages or false pregnancies"
