No free Texas Hold'em code

I completed the survey that Emily posted in this announcement yesterday, but I have received no code for a free copy of Texas Hold'em through email, and it isn't on my TT account. Now whenever I click the survey link it just takes me to the Telltale landing page.

We're going to be sending out coupons for the free game in batches. You should get it by the end of the week. (Sorry if that wasn't made clear in the survey...)
