Anniversary coupon does not apply discount to full game collections

I tested the coupon, and it seems only to apply discounts in the case of individual episodes. Supposing a contact of mine would like to purchase an entire game, which for a five-episode game would cost 25 dollars, must he then purchase each episode individually and apply the discount to each? That would be inconvenient.

Correct, the coupon only works for individual episodes, not bundles. It discounts every $8.95 episode in an order, though, so you can buy all the episodes in a series at the same time.

So I should be able to apply the code to Wallace and Gromit? I added W&G to the basket, applied the code, and the code was ignored. It didn't give an error, and it didn't change the price.

Nope, Wallace & Gromit is only available in a four episode bundle (not as individual episodes), so this coupon doesn't apply.

Any game episode with a $8.95 price will be discounted to $5 when you use the coupon.

Someone told me they used my coupon to get all of season 2 for a total of $25, but my coupon has only been used once, not five times. Does it count once per order, or person, or what? Because it would be annoying if I had to get them to buy each one individually to get the full benefit. I assume it's just a per-person thing, which is a shame, because I did get them to buy five times as much.

It had been counting orders, but you make a good point, so we switched it to count how many episodes have been purchased with that code instead (going back to the very beginning of the promotion).

That's awesome, thanks. But mine is still only showing that it was redeemed one time, for some reason.

Could you PM me the coupon number or the order number(s) from when it was redeemed?

I have the same problem -- just ordered 3 SGCG4AP episodes in a single order using my coupon, and the anniversary page says that the coupon has only been redeemed once. Should I PM you the details, Emily?

Add me to the list of it not showing as well. Should be 4 only shows 2.

Hey guys, has happened to me too. PariahKing told me that they bought 12/13 episodes using my code, but it definitely isn't showing that number on my page. Please could you look into this whenever you have a spare moment (must be hectic around the office!)? Thanks.

Sorry guys, we changed slightly how the contest works and the 'uses' stat on the anniversary page got overlooked and will show the number of orders the coupon was redeemed for, not the number of episodes it was used on. It's not the correct number (the leaderboard, for example, is showing the correct numbers) and the coupon you get when the contest ends will reflect the proper amount. I'll work on fixing the displayed number and post here (or edit this post) when it's fixed.

EDIT: oh hey, looks like it was calculating the correct amount, it was just outputting the old variable, so I didn't even have to do any work to fix it. It should be displaying the proper number now. Let us know if it's not!

EDIT AGAIN: Okay apparently the leaderboard was pulling the data incorrectly too and we never noticed. It was only pulling orders that you yourself made only, so if you bought 5 episodes and your friend bought 5 then it would count as 5 instead of 10. However the number it displays for you ('Your coupon has been used X times') should be the correct number. Either way we have all the correct data and you'll get the correct discount when all is said and done, we just need to actually mine it correctly. Sorry for all the confusion guys!

Cheers Mike, it is calculating it all properly now. Only problem is that the page keeps refreshing over and over every two seconds or so - my guess is because of the countdown or something?

Will we get the coupon before July, 6?
Because I want to pre-order, but I also want to use the coupon...
