Microsoft conference was OK, but nothing too terribly special. Lots of sequels and only a few original ideas.

I was pleased to see the new Tomb Raider, and I think overall Microsoft had the right idea to focus on the games.
Yes I did! I'm also glad that they've upped the violence in this one, since the Witcher 2 needed some gory sword action.

Nilfgaard - I looked it up. From the start with Foltest and the ambassador, there was something off-putting about them.
Personally, I'm excited to delve into the Wild Hunt side more, and get beast slaying. Plus, just admiring the scenery.

I gotta correct my spelling then! And yeah, loads better than Skyrim, I think Bethesda needs to take notes from this game when it comes to the exploration elements! XD

I think Skyrim did a good job at the time, just that with the growing technology it's quickly looking dated. Something like the size of the Elder Scrolls Online, or half of it, would be pretty nice as a single player game.
Which would you rate higher: Skyrim or The Witcher 2?
The Witcher dos, for sure! I still wish that they would've remastered the first Witcher for the 360 come to think of it, oh well.
Don't forget that they pick games to be free for each month as well.
Like how they did with June's free games of the month, for the Xbox 1.

Yeah that's true, and for the one year anniversary they're giving away three on 360. Sony were doing the PS Plus a while before Microsoft started, and I think stuff like that and other points made Microsoft lose a lot of favour. Looking forward to seeing what else they release for free on the Xbox One

Iorveth, but ugghh! They're both awesome! Can't wait to see their 'next-gen' equals, especially Roche.
Yup, they're both endearing. I really hope that they get the same actors, I can't see why not and the voices really bring them to life. Finding some more Witchers should be pretty fun, too.
