Monkey Island pre-order. (PayPal problems)
First off: thank you so much for Monkey Island episodes.
I pre-ordered the series straight away and paid through PayPal. However, although I received a PayPal confirmation email, I didn't get one from Telltale, and the episodes have not appeared on My Games page.

They had the same ordeal with WaG and it was back up the next day. Those of us that paid will get it added to our account won't we?
So, I just got the email telling me that you guys are doing Monkey Island episodes. Trust me, I practically spazzed out when I saw that. Unfortunately, it appears Paypal's been disabled. So to the Marketing Team: Do you know if Paypal support will be available before the Preorder time ends? I really want to get my hands on the Plunder Pack.

Same here, no confirmation, but we have our Paypal receipt as proof of payment, so it should get sorted.
Hmm, still had nothing, but have had problems everytime I've tried to contact Telltale support. Thanks for the info mate.

Barely a day, I suspect. It would seem some were experiencing issues with their Tales Of Monkey Island orders and not receiving confirmation emails from either PayPal or Tell Tale; so the feature was presumably disabled until the issue was addressed.
Again, sorry for the problems and thanks a ton for your patience but hopefully it will be a thing of the past very soon!

I'm one of those guys who paid with paypal in the very beginning.
I've contacted your support and then got the episodes of MI in my games list.
So far, so good. But i have still no confirmation mail and still no free episode code which I would love to use.
Your support knows about the problem, but I thought maybe its faster this way.
I hope it is because you are not yet at work.
I have the exact same problem - i too have contacted the support, but no confirmation email yet or even a mail from the support staff.
The wierd thing is: i have the Game in My Games List and i have the Private Pirates Club visible without ever getting the confirmation E-Mail.
Must have been some really busy days for you at telltale after the TOMI Announcement, i hope everything gets resolved and nobody will be left in limbo.
(Friend of mine pre-ordered TOMI and bought Wallace and Gromit in the same purchase, he got his confirmation e-mail and Private Pirates Club link but TOMI is not listed in his Games List and he does not see the Private Pirates Club Section, when he clicks the link in the mail he gets send to his Games List - Wallace and Gromit is listed though in his Games List - His Nick is DerHelm i think)
According the mail he said: "As for the confirmation mail, sit tight. We're getting all this madness under control and should be sending out a confirmation email within the next day or so." That was yesterday and still no mail, but I'm patient. Hey, I mean Monkey Island is back
I've never actually used my PayPal account, but there's a reason for this. Some time ago I hooked up and wanted to transfer some money to someone via bank transfer. Initiated the transfer, wrote down the numbers as shown, took the cheque to the bank and..... the money never arrived. PayPal says my account is ready for direct debit though. What could go possibly wrong with that? You make a few clicks and you're done.
Also, if somebody knows a way to transfer money to somebody's account via this or an option other than bank transfer I'd be grateful.
