A Monkey Island Preorder Question

I was wondering, If I were to preorder Tales of Monkey Island and receive an episode from Sam & Max season two, could I then use the season two upgrade in the same order? I'm thinking no because to use the upgrade I need the code you get after buying the episode. I just want to make sure. Thanks in advance.

    Yes, but it would be in a separate order. You'd redeem the code for an episode, and receive a unique order code for that episode, which could then be used here to upgrade to the full season. Make sense?
