I'd rather have her locked up for awhile, and a powerful spell put on her to restrict her powers for precaution. Her powers are amazing (cou… moreld be useful to Fabletown at some point in the future) and there are fables who were equally ruthless and hated that changed their murderous ways for a prolonged period of time (prime ex. Bigby).

Classic Telltale decision. Do you kill her for everything she has done or do you put her in jail, like Snow would want, to make a statement about your character and story. I personally always find myself taking the "moral" choice and so I would put her behind bars.
I would lock her up. Reason being because like a poster on page 1 pointed out, Bigsby did some class a BAD things too, and he's been given a chance. Also i do not think she is the end boss of all bosses, infact im more convinced she's a willing psychotic pawn then the real mastermind.
