Monkey Island, Preorder country selection problem

I wish to preorder the monkey Island series, its a great deal, however i have a small problem.

When at the billing address screen, United Kingdom is not there to select as a country

I had a quick look around the forum to see if anyone else had the same problem, but not that i could see

    It's listed as Great Britain.

    Considering this question gets asked every now and then, would it be a good idea to have a note on the store page saying "Attention UK customers! choose Great Britain" or something?
