So whatever became of the scrap of fabric?

In the first episode if you choose to investigate the area around Faith's head, you find a scrap of blue fabric which Bigby says is from some jeans.

This was mentioned once and as far as I recall hasn't been a factor in anything yet. Do you think we'll find out what the purpose of this was in the final episode or was this something that got left behind and forgotten?

  • It's been pretty strongly indicated that it belonged to the killer's pants.

Well yeah I figure that as much lol, but I would have expected they'd give some mention or clue about it again or maybe come across a pair of torn pants while searching some area. It is one of the only pieces of evidence at the scene but it seems completely forgotten.

  • I'm hoping the 5th episode will explain everything that was left unanswered. Think they did it on purpose, so people can try to piece together everything we have encountered. What I want to know, is WHY Swineheart is taking too damn long on Faith's head! -.-

  • What do you mean, like putting her head back on? Can that even be done?

  • Not necessarily the killer, just the person who left the first head.

My guess is Hans, instructed by Vivian.

But yeah, the game seems to forget about it and that whole item/clue collecting stuff has been abandoned unfortunately (or was pointless from the get). It may reappear in the last episode, but I doubt it's going to be a satisfying Aha! moment.

  • OR, THE DELIVERER OF THE HEAD!

  • It was sent for him to 'examine.' That was the last of it that we heard of. Personally, I think Vivian delivered the head but that is just me. Or like xChryst said....Hans without him knowing about it. But, he does not wear jeans....hmmmm.....

  • My theory is that it is just piece of nothing.

That fabric is from that garbage can, and was only picked off by B. cause it might've being related to the case.

  • He might be wearing jeans and could own blue jeans. Tthough it wouldn't make sense for whomever to continue to wear torn and bloody jeans several days later.

Check out his entry where his deal is doing what he's told but has a tendency to misunderstand, screw up, or hurt himself. The fence climber screwed up and got hurt.

  • It lived happily ever after.

  • Yeah. That is true...didn't think of it that. Even though he is NOT wearing blue jeans, days prior to this, he could have been. Thanks for brining it to my attention.

    Its usually the quiet ones....

  • The series was nearly completely re-written after episode 1. Very little from that episode is relevant to where the series is, now.

  • It let you look at Snows backside,it fulfilled it purpose.

No lol i'm joking, he was making sure Snow wasn't hurt while she saw the head out on the door step. or if the "murderer" was there while she was there.. or if.. she was the murderer O_O but I doubt it

  • They concealed the glamour tubes as meat packages, plus he had no clue what was actually in them. I don't think he'd stoop so low as to drop heads off at the Woodlands door.

I think it was Tiny Tim, as I wrote before.

First of all, we don't know that. We only know it's lightly colored scratch of jeans. Blood marks are more interesting: they start near fence and end near door. That means person who delivered head had hurt himself on this fence and entered builidng (he's probably doesn't possess great physical abilities). After entering Business Office we can see Tiny Tim waiting in the line and - gues what - wearing jeans. It's pretty obvious after episode 4. Lily's death is more interesting - it doesn't match first - we found Faith's head and murderer didn't hide his crime; as for Lily he tried to hide her body and I can't remember finding ribon. Maybe there is second killer? Voice in telephone (episode 4...?) sounds quite like quite angry Bluebeard.

  • No. As Bigby said: placement of head is exact, purposeful. Beast wouldn't do that. He would risk getting Beauty in trouble.

  • I don't think it's safe to dismiss clues from episode 1 just because they rewritten the story. They probably just made some highly suspicious characters like the orange hair guy less important, and also the mundy detective woman as they chose to give the story more interesting take.

  • Possible but I find it difficult to imagine he's physically capable of climbing that fence. He'd also almost have to be the killer, because he's a strange choice for an accomplice tasked with prowling the Woodland to leave a head.

  • Crooked Man could easily be the killer. His Book of Fables says he killed his wife and children because they were in his way. CM is one fucked up guy. I'm killing him.

  • Walter White: You're god damn right!

    I'm killing CM too!
