Season 2 Walking Dead Season Pass Not Working
Hello. I recently went to a Gamestop and purchased the Season Pass for The Walking Dead Season 2. There was an activation code on my receipt for my Xbox 360 so I went and entered it. It gave me $17.00 so I went to the Xbox Game Store (I think was the name of it) on my Xbox 360 and searched for season 2. It said that I should not purchase it off of the Xbox Game Store or I will be double billed. It also said I needed Episode 1: All That Remains to play the rest of the game. But the amount of money it gave me would only buy the Season 2 Season Pass. I am very confused. Could someone please help me out? Thanks.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you purchased the Season Two Season Pass for The Walking Dead, that is for Episodes 2-5 of Season Two. Episode 1 is sold separately. If you have already redeemed your code, you should be able to purchase Episode 1 of The Walking Dead: Season Two from the Xbox Marketplace, and start the Base Game (Episode 1). When you start the Base Game, you will be prompted to download the Title Update that will allow you to download the rest of the episodes from the Season Pass, from within the Base Game.
Was I supposed to redeem the code using the "Redeem Code" on the game itself, or not?
If you received a Redeem Code for the Xbox 360 version of the game, you can redeem it on the Xbox Marketplace, and you should then be able to download the Episodes included in the Season Pass from the Marketplace, or through the base game (Episode 1) if you purchased it.
Oh... umm... I pressed the silver Xbox 360 controller button, and I went to the spot on that small menu that says "Redeem Code" and got the $17.00 I mentioned. Did I screw that up? Because I think I was supposed to click the "Redeem Code" on the Season 2 Season Pass in the Xbox Marketplace.
My apologies, I do not know if there is a difference depending on the location that you redeemed the code. Please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance, and they may have more suggestions to help resolve your issue.
