Shipping to the Netherlands?

So I just found out you are doing Tales of Monkey Island. I've just thanked the God of Gaming with an tofu offering and now I'm behind my comp trying to pre-order.

I cannot find what the shipping costs will be. I've entered all my info etc, am ready to use PayPal as the paying method, but I see no options for shipping methods coming up, no drop down menu or something before I get directed to PayPal.

I can hardly imagine shipping to the Netherlands would come free.

Is there anyone who can help me out with this? Because I love to have the game with all the pre-order extras.. but I also like to be sure that it will indeed get here and how much that will exactly cost me.

    Hi silvermonkey,

    There are no shipping costs tied to the Tales of MI preorder because aren't any shipped goods tied to that purchase. The Monkey Island episodes will be released as downloads from our website each month starting in July. Once all the episodes have been released there, people who bought them will be able to get a Tales of MI Collector's DVD shipped to them (with no other cost besides shipping). But that'll be on a separate order.

    It was around ten euros (I think) for Belgium, so it'll probably be the same for you.

    Just try and add a single DVD to your basket and go to checkout (cancel before you confirm).

    I don't know, that's what I'd do I guess

    12,95 USD if I'm not mistaken.

    Keep in mind that the Dollar is currently worth next to nothing compared to the Euro. While ToMI is 35 dollars, I think I paid 20 Euro. Of course, it will be more then 6 months before you can order the DVD, so who knows how the market will be then. Shipping to the Netherlands is a bit expensive, in my experience, but you're not paying more here then you would on any other American site.
