TOMI not in "My Games"

I ordered "Tales of Monkey Island", order 600018001469854, on the 3rd. It didn't show up in "My Games", and I didn't receive a purchase confirmation email or anything (just the one from Paypal), so I e-mailed you about it. I received an auto-response about "issue-17177", but haven't had a reply yet.

    Hi wraslor, I pulled up your ticket and it looks like Eric wrote back to you soon after it was posted up. Have you checked your spam folder?

    I have. There's nothing there. I have added telltalegames.com to my approved sender list, just in case. Can you please have him resend his reply? Thanks.
