There is no killer, the girls took their ribbons off themselves to expose the Crooked Man. If anything, they committed suicide. Off with the… more ribbon, off with the head, just as "The Girl with the Green Ribbon" story. I'm surprised I'm the only one who knew this from the get-go of episode 1.
Crooked Man placed the ribbons there as a means of control, Georgie just oversaw it and took his cut.
I dont know if its possible, but I feel like Bigby is triggering every stage kinda spontaneously. By anger. Sometimes its just he is really … moremad (E3), sometimes it can trigger itself when someone is beating him too much (E2). If he will get to the final stage, it will be most likely not his choice. Something laso telling me that Crooked Man's shooting scene in trailer will have something to do with this.
One more thing: I heard at IGN I believe, Bigby cant turn back to human form once he's in final stage (full wolf). Something with glamour i guess. I would like some your opinion about this.

He didn't use full wolf then because he only uses it in extreme situations. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't need a form powerful enough to digest entire armies for people like the tweedles haha.

I think the crooked man will shoot bigby with the silver bullet after we track him down and in order for bigby to handle the bullets he will transform to full wolf form and we will have the option to bring him in alive or kill.
Why would he stop breathing? In the comics he mentions to a certain character that she should have used silver bullets because regular ones don't do anything permanent. He regenerates too fast.

I don't think that's likely at all. He could have got snow to set the bone and then healed in his wolf form. I think that's happened in the comics. Also, I imagine it would have inhibited the damage of the silver bullet to some extent. I imagine that the reason he didn't was because of personal reasons, for instance remembering the terrible things he did as a wolf, or a fear of not being able to control himself, and even then it's difficult to justify something that could have saved his life.
TellTale probably put that in the script to increase the emotional level of the scene, but you should probably use a spoiler tag in your comment as to not spoil that particularly great scene for non-comic readers.

Bigby would only go full wolf if the odds are very very VERY stacked against him... Either everyone gangs up on him and heaps of Crooked man… more's people trying to kill him.. Or something or someone has pushed him over the edge and has made him so angry that he turns full wolf. This episode looks like there is going to be heaps of fights... Jersey devil..bloody mary and full wolf fight.. Plus the car chase..

This picture always confuses me. Since when do female wolves have boobs? Lol. It always makes me giggle for some reason. I get that they're not full wolf, but they're almost full wolf in that picture. I suppose the answer is that it's a comic book, so boobs will be drawn whenever possible. haha

I agree. That theory doesn't really hold water. The bodies were dumped by other people (Toad Jr. heard them). The heads were placed on the steps at the Woodlands. Also, why would you kill yourself to expose somebody? You wouldn't be around to for them to be exposed. Why would multiple girls kill themselves for that purpose? I don't think that's what happened. I think they either slipped-up and said something that they weren't supposed to, and the magic in the ribbon took off their heads or they were killed for another reason that we don't know yet.

I've read the comics and Bigby goes full wolf when he has to go all out, if he has to get somewhere fast then he'll transform then. Don't underestimate his size, he's a fast as hell wolf and he's incredibly coordinated.
The only time I've seen him have trouble with his wolf mode is when he Huffs and Puffs. He can't aim it too well.

i know it might sound weird but look at other people theory they would say it, there to much information to tell you why Holly could kill her.

Bigby doesn't have a glamour read the Book of Fables. He just has a human form. IGN is stupid. Bluebeard is in the comics. He is not involved at all.
