Telltale nerfed Bigby hard in this game. As others said before, Bigby could get riddled with bullets and be fine. One character shot Bigby into his mouth and he was totally fine a few hours later.
I really think Bigby didn't feel like he needed to. He can control himself in the wolf form by the way, he has perfect control of his thoughts while he's in the form, he just doesn't do it unless he needs to. Also, I really don't think Bigby really cares about his stuff from before when he was the Big Bad Wolf; like at all. I truly think he doesn't give a shit.
He seems to have no qualms about outright murdering people who know too much about Fabletown, he dares Bluebeard to kill Jack so he won't have to do it later, he doesn't seem all that apologetic about killing Red Riding Hood's mother, the only reason he didn't kill Snow White when he first met her was because he thought she smelled nice, he only helped Fables flee from the Homelands because he wanted to piss off the Adversary and not because he was turning over a new leaf, He does become the poster child for reform in the comics but I don't think he really cared enough to do it on purpose.
So yeah, I think Bigby has no qualms about going full wolf; he just didn't feel like it.
I don't think that's likely at all. He could have got snow to set the bone and then healed in his wolf form. I think that's happened in the … morecomics. Also, I imagine it would have inhibited the damage of the silver bullet to some extent. I imagine that the reason he didn't was because of personal reasons, for instance remembering the terrible things he did as a wolf, or a fear of not being able to control himself, and even then it's difficult to justify something that could have saved his life.
Lol. Yeah, it does. I mean, I'm sure it would be creepy, but with Bigby's size and the whole huffing and puffing thing he does, I feel like it's best used against a large foe. I hope we're in for a surprise like some crazy giant that's even bigger than Bigby. Some big brute that the Crooked Man has hiding in his basement. Like that thing Luke Skywalker fights in the pits in "Return of the Jedi". :-)

He did know when he got shot, but by then, it was too late. He can't take Silver bullets in that form. He was too weak to transform; he passed out and "stopped breathing" shortly afterwards.
