Monkey Island preorder coupon is invalid

I just preordered Monkey Island. The episodes are listed. The extra forum was there even before I clicked on the activation link, but the coupon does not work.
I'm trying to purchase "Sam & Max 101: Culture Shock" with it, but I keep getting this popup message saying it is invalid.

    I was wondering... how long will these coupons remain valid? Do I need to use it within a specified timeframe or does it remain valid indefinitely?

    They expire next June. So you have some time. :)
