You serious ?

I saw some people who says "There isn't gonna be a Season 2" but it was TWAU SEASON FINALE !? Season finale means , end of the season . Not end of the game , i think it's gonna continue. I wanna know if Nerissa is actually Faith.

  • Someone who works on the game (I can't remember who sorry) already confirmed that they call it a season finale regardless of if it's the end of the season or series. So, no, that doesn't confirm anything. Of course, there could be a second season but nothing is confirmed or hinted, really.

I hope for a second season either way ;)

  • Well, the ending hinted PRETTY HEAVILY that she was....

  • I think their may be DLC episodes similar to TWD's 400 days. I really don't want to have to wait a year or so to get all these questions answered.

  • Back to the Future says hi. It got one season, a second I could have sworn was going to come, and then TWD, Jurassic Park, and now TWAU came out instead. Just because season is used doesn't mean anything. Telltale has Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands on their plate now so TWAU is likely finished.

  • Back to the Future and Jurassic Park weren't as well received as The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us have been, and given that The Walking Dead did receive a second season I'd be more inclined to compare TWAU to that.

My only problem is that TWAU has to meet up with the comic books at some point, so there's less potential than TWD has in a lot of ways.

TWAU is set around 20 years before the comics so i think TellTale has more than enough timeline to play around with for a second season.

  • They have enough time certainly, but they can't delve into the various relationships too much otherwise it'll be too different from the comic. They also can't kill characters who appear in the comic, the Snow death fakeout made me go what the hell at first but that's kind of a one time thing. I know that all the main characters like Bigby and Snow aren't going to die because they're alive in the comic, and similarly I can see characters who aren't in the comic as expendable.

  • Why would they advertise the comics then? LoL

  • Well the comics are ending come issue #150 so when they do make a season 2 it could be based after the comics instead of being another prequel.
