cant download s1 e2-6

I click get and it starts downloading and it doesn't even get past 0 percent and it says connection lost while downloading data. please ensure you have a working internet connection and re attempt the download and I do have a working connection so I don't see what the problem is just please help asap I really want to play and this is getting me mad

  • Im having the same issue. I wasnt the money and its not working. Says I have poor connection yet it works to download everything. I restarted my device, disconnected and reconnected the wifi box and disconnected and reconnected the wifi on my phone and still nothing. If it cant be fixed I sure hope my monies refunded

  • Having the same exact issue. Has to be something going on with the game as it definitely didn't lose connection when i paid. I have a secure WiFi connection as well. What's the issue?

    Here's the fix to the issue below.

    Unfortunately only the internal Device Memory is able to store and run the game successfully. You will have to install it there. If you install the later episodes, you may run into space issues. If this occurs, please note that your game saves will store in the base application (Episode 1) and the rest of the episodes are downloadable content (DLC) which means after you download and complete Episode 2, you can delete that episode to make room for Episode 3, and then download and play that episode, etc. My apologies for any difficulties this may cause you, and I hope you are able to enjoy the game!!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Over last weekend we experienced a high amount of connections to our servers due to the release of Episode 5 of The Wolf Among Us. We have since resolved this issue, and you should now be able to successfully download the episodes.
