What did I just experience ? Season 2 probability

The episode , apart from some minor issues in audio , was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G . I made only one playthrough (I will make a second in a few minutes but I just had to write something about it) yet , but I think I know what pretty much can happen , depending on your choices .

I really want to play the last episode a couple more times to really make up my mind , but I think that we are going to get a Season 2 . I believe Telltale hinted that as well .

  1. If TT was done with TWAU , they would either not have Snow appear in the ending (would suck) or we would have a deep conversation about our choices/ethics/etc or since that was partially covered in the Crooked Man showdown (I chose to bring him in and then tie him up) have a nice conversation where she tells us something . Instead of the above , we watch a scene in which we walk into the office where Snow handles over the keys and tells us "We will talk later" .
  2. If TT was done with TWAU , we would at least hear a witch from the 13th floor (why didnt they appear ? Season 2 perhaps ? ) telling us how they wiped the memory of mundies who witnessed the frenzied Bigby running on the streets . If we consider the police-sub-story removal , we could possibly have it in season 2 , which TT could create on a period that they have much more free time .
  3. Bloody Mary could be alive , but I don't think so because the last image Bigby destroyed left a blood splatter .
  4. Why would TT buy rights from a well known franchise like Fables , only to create one season which many consider (including me) better than TWDS2?
  5. If Season 2 is to happen , there is a nice setting .

Personally I think , if TT decides to continue the TWAU (since TOTB and GOT are scheduled) , we are going to get a DLC like 400-days in which we start with a nice conversation with Snow and we get a teaser of a new threat plus police suspecting Fabletown . If the second season won't happen , the ending could be considered a bit loose , but again , TT might have not yet decided whether they will make a second season or not and wanted to have the choice to continue .

Edit :
A few more points :

  1. What happened to the Tweedle(s)
  2. What happened to Jersey
  3. Bluebeard

  • Wish I could agree, but the episode was not A-M-A-Z-I-N-G by any stretch. I think it's pretty evident they plan for there to be a season 2 because of the way it ended. No need to say anything more.

  • Well I enjoyed it a lot even if I found it lackin at some parts . But everyone has an opinion which I can respect .

  • The game ended in a way so that a season 2 could be made. IF that were not to happen the ending is still good enough on it's own.

  • I don't see a problem with having Season 2 :D

  • I always thought that too. I mean I'd love a second season, but I do love it when an ending is pulled like this. I know some are not going to like it though.

  • I liked it. The parts where you interact with the crooked man were good. But, the lead up to the crooked man was just poor. The part with Bloody Mary flat-out sucked.

A lot of lose ends to cover IMO Crane in Paris? Bluebeard at the end going into Snow's office, What was that awkwardness all about? Jersey like you mentioned but also Prince Lawrence and Woody? Buffkin's alcohol addiction?

  • Crane in Paris is covered in the comics, and the rest idk
